Dr. Khalid helped me out immensely over the phone during the COVID-19 pandemic when no dentists local to me were... accepting patients (due to a lack of PPE). He was thorough with his questioning, and helped me get the care I needed without having to make the 3 hour drive to his office. If you live in the area of Cookstown Dental Centre, hands down, choose Dr. Khalid as your dentist! I am so impressed with the level of care I received from someone who doesn’t even know me! So happy that I switched to Cookstown Dental Centre! All the staff are incredibly friendly and bend over backwards to... help out. After cancelling an appointment for a family medical emergency they accommodated me promptly and went out of their way to make sure my dental needs were still looked after. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!: i suffer from crushing chronic pain which likely has nothing to do with my dental health, however... Dr. Khalid offered to review head Xrays from my Chiropractor to confirm presence/absence of any dental issues that may be contributing to the issue. Clearly a man that thinks "outside the box". He noted tears during a procedure and confirmed with me that it was not due to the procedure, however he expedited the procedure to get me out quickly. Prior to my departure at another visit, when he learned of my condition, he made a gesture that I would never expect from any medical professional. Heartwarming to say the least. He is of the kindest men I have ever met and very clearly cares about his patients TOTAL health!!! Along with exceptional staff, unexpected perks and stellar service all of this is wrapped very nicely in a stunningly contemporary space. To me there is only one choice in dental professionals. Run, don't walk to these guys!!! So thrilled I found them.read more

I had not been to a dentist at least for 10 years. I had a wonderful experience there. Stall all so very welcoming and... friendly. The hygienist was fantastic..so gentle, I actually fell asleep while getting my teeth cleaned. The Dr. Is amazing..very enthusiastic and explains everything to you so you know exactly what’s up...which is nice for a change. I certainly will refer any of my friends to Cookstown Dental Centre. 😊read more

Broke a piece off a tooth and checked reviews from dentists in the surrounding area and Cookstown Dental Center seemed... to be the best one. Emailed them in the evening and got a reply the next morning and was able to get in before noon. My own dentist is in York region and I didn't want to go there. I am glad to say everything was painless (including the needle) .Staff were great and very professional. Was made to feel completely at ease. Since moving up to this area I know I have found my new dental office.read more

My family and I moved to the area about a year ago and after going for a tour, ended up with Cookstown Dental Centre.... The office is clean, bright and beautifully renovated in an old character house. The staff are so kind and patient; knowledgeable and helpful. I have a two year old daughter and Dr. Khalid is so so patient with her while she adjusts to learning about the dentist and what to do when she is there. My husband needed emergency dental work and they were able to get him in right away. I have moved a lot in the last few years and this is by far the best dentist office I have been to in a while.read more

The staff are friendly and great and Dr. Khalid was excellent when reviewing my teeth and in answering all my... questions.
